It may be challenging at first but it is possible to fit a full body workout several times a week into your busy schedule. Wake up a little earlier and do your workout then, or skip your evening T.V. programs in place of a run. Like any lifestyle change it does take some getting used to, but if you are persistent it’ll soon become a daily part of your routine.
